Insurance Coverage: Many private insurance providers offer coverage for Registered Social Work or Psychotherapy services. You may wish to contact your insurance service provider to determine eligibility and coverage.

Payment: We accept cash and Interac e-transfer. We are happy to provide an invoice at the end of each session.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, however as a policy we ask you to provide us 24 hours notice for cancellation. We may have to charge you in full if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Privacy and Confidentiality: The privacy and confidentiality of our clients is very important to us and we treat it as sacrosanct. However, in certain circumstances there are limits to confidentiality; we will be happy to discuss this in our initial session.
